320 FQDS Tight Grey Water Handle

Greetings all.

My 2011 Sabre 320 FQDS has a tight Grey Water Tank handle for the kitchen holding tank. I really have to heave on it to open and close it and am worried about breaking something.

Anyone else experience this? Any suggestions?

Was thinking I'll need to remove the Coroplast sheets to get a look in there, but would rather not have to cut the sheets up.

Thanks and happy camping!

Part of my warranty work was the same thing. They just replaced them- seems they just screw and unscrew in place.
