320RS Antenna Signal Booster

Does anyone know if the 320RS has an antenna signal booster? Our previous RV had one in the bedroom next to the second TV. It had to be on for antenna signal and off for cable reception. I haven't located one in our new 320RS. When I asked the tech during our PDI, I got a blank look, but no answer.

Yep, mine too. It's on when the little red light is on.

Tiny little Pushbutton switch to turn it on. LED lights up by switch when on. TV in bedroom may have a setup menu that allows you to see antenna signal. Rotate antenna 1/4 turn at a time and watch signal bar on TV to see when you are getting best reception.

I am glad you got your question answered. What I don't understand is why you did not insist at the PDI to get your question answered. I had a similar experience with a PDI on a trailer. The first thing out of the guys mouth who was supposed to do the PDI was, "I'm really a motorhome guy and don't know a lot about this trailer" I gave him credit for being honest and not wasting my time and then told him to find somebody who did know about the trailer that I had just laid out big money for. Some of these dealers are unreal!!!

Thanks everyone for your help and timely responses! I was pretty sure that the signal booster switch was behind the TV. We are sharing our 320RS with my in-laws who have been using it this week. My father-in-law said that he could not get a good picture from the cable signal and was just using the antenna. I knew this must be from the booster switch, since with our previous unit the cable signal was fuzzy when the switch was on. Now I can be the genius and tell him how to fix it.

I guess the excitement of getting the new unit fogged my judgment a bit, since I didn't pin down the RV Tech with a complete answer.
