50 Amp 36QBOK question

Can anyone tell me if the factory supplies with this trailer, an adapter for the electrical cord that converts the 50A male end to a 30A male end for when there is only 30A service?
I know my old small TT had a 30A - 15A adapter for this reason.

Or do I need to buy one?

You need to buy one.

I also ended up buying a 30amp to 15amp dog bone for plugging in here at home (along with a 12g 50' extension cord).

I got lucky- my dealer only had a 30amp hookup at their shop and used one for hooking the camper up during my PDI. They left it on the cord. But, it had their price tag on it- so it definitely wasn't from the factory.

I think it probably depends on the selling dealer (not the factory). When I bought my 30 amp trailer, it had a starter kit that the dealer threw in that had a 30-15 amp adapter, toilet paper, toilet chemicals, water pressure regulator, fresh water hose, 10 feet sewer hose, disposable gloves, etc.

You might can get your selling dealer to throw a similar kit in the deal, if they don't already.

If not, Wal-Mart sells all the RV common adapters in their RV section in the stores.

Some dealers will give you a 50 to 30 adapter

Mine gave me one, of course I already had one, and a 50 to 30 for some reason as well (my first unit was used and came with lots o stuff.)

Even with the 50 to 30 for the cord, I plan to pick up a 50-30 twist lock so I dont have to deal with the 50amp cord at the house.
