6 Way Auto Level JT strong arms

This is actually a 2 part question....

I just spent the last 2 hours monkeying around with my troublesome auto-level on my 385BH. When I hit the auto-level button it levels the front, drops the rear levelers and then levels front to back, side to side. Then it drops the middle stabilizers and the control panel says success! The problem is when the stabilizers are done, it lifts the rear levelers off the ground. SO the camper moves like crazy in the back. Question 1: How do you fix this?

Question 2: How do you get the JT Strong Arm bars tight with the auto level? I have tried raising the front, tighten the arms and lower front... then do the same with the back. Problem is there is usually one or 2 legs dangling somewhere. I just can't get it right. It was so much easier with my Cedar Creek with Hydraulic auto level.

Any help would be appreciated.
