May want to check if the ducts are sealed where they terminate in front cap or rear wall/ cap. I have a Columbus 381FL that ducts were not sealed and was losing air out the front cap. Once sealed made a lot of difference. In addition you may want to consider dual pane windows.

I have the exact same 2017 camper, just had mine at dealer for 2.5 weeks. I own air conditioning company and told them what was wrong, factory was no help finally have them two options. Unit is short on air flow, roof is to restrictive, they could either add a return directly under units with dump zone dampers for quick cooling or remove entire roof and rebuild. Factory never did get back to dealer but they put in returns and that done the trick. I will add pictures later for you.

Limo tint

If you have the windows limo tinted, paint your front door window, put insulation and foil bubble wrap in your skylight, your unit will stay a lot cooler. Once we had over 100 degree heat and it was so hot, so we put a water hose on the roof and let it run to cool off the roof. This should help you be cooler.
