AC outlet

Hi everyone new to the forum. First time posting. I have 2013 Columbus 320rs. I noticed today that the rear ac outlet has brown streak coming down the wall. Can someone explain this please.

Remove outlet and check both wall behind it and the romex as many times a water leak will follow the power wire.
