Advice on how to deal with dealer.

Just to set the record straight. My dealer has never said they would not honor my warranty. Everything was fine when I told them I needed the slideouts adjusted and the rear shade fixed. It all went down hill in a hurry when I discussed replacing the brakes and magnets instead of cleaning with brake cleaner. That's when I was told if I knew so much they should hire me (in a sarcastic tone). Even with the smart remarks I have never said anything out of the way or offensive. I just want my brakes fixed the right way. That's all I want. But the smart remarks and attitude will keep me from going back.

Those smart remarks and bad attitude sould be enough to get someone fired. Sorry to hear about your bad experience.
