Ok, so I don't see any names of any of the offending dealers here. Are you all just waiting until you get your stuff fixed or ???? People need to know who to stay away from.
And why would someone buy three RVs from a dealer that gives poor service beginning with RV #1?
Vote with your feet, folks! Then let the electrons fly! (evil laugh)

The prospect of buying a bigger trailer in a few years is really beginning to concern me. I think I'm going to buy a used non-FR rig instead. I've had about all the "new trailer experiences" that I need...

FR, are you listening????

(cricket sounds)

Of course not.

When you do, this is the place to put it on the forum. Good luck with everything...

ok I will not continue to argue, I am sure you have had your dealer tell you that they will not honor the warranty, as mine did, and I am sure FR told you in writing that the dealer is not responsible for the warranty, FR is, and they will honor any claims on their warranty if the product is returned to them. I would assume FR is incorrect when on the back of their product booklet it states each dealer is independently owned and operated and service is at their discretion and is often provided to customers who purchased from them.

Whether a dealer is obligated to honor a warranty or not does not make any difference to me. It's just if they don't I won't have anything more to do with them and discourage everyone I come into contact with to avoid doing business with them also. Whatever happened to the days when a customer was valued? I respect myself and demand the treatment that is due to me as a paying customer and won't tolerate anything less. The dealer could be one block from me and the next closest one a hundred miles and I will take the other anytime.

Here is that link:

I *strongly* suggest that you either print this out or download the PDF to your desktop. It wasn't working yesterday and I feared it was *gone*.
