Dear Customer,
It's very difficult to give you and advice without a picture of the problem. I don't want to misguide you in the time it might take to repair your problem. I do suggest that if you unit is under warranty, to have a dealer do the repair. But if not, I would drop a section of your underbelly, maybe only one side, to expose the valve. This would allow you to see how it's glued into the tank. But if the rod snapped and there is still a piece in the valve, you should be able to unscrew the piece and replace with a new rod. Any pictures would help so I could get you some more help.

Has anyone I installed one of these themselves? My cable system broke on my Grey tank and I'm thinking of replacing with one of these myself. Any tips on installation? Thank you for any advice.
