Yes, but a photo might get a more detailed answer.

As long as the rubber membrane does not have a hole, it will be fine.

You only need to use it if the rubber has a tear or hole. A bubble is just an area where the roof did not adhere to the glue. See link below.

Your welcome.
Keep an eye on the area to make sure it does not continue to grow.
Many here keep a roll of Eternabond in the toolbox for emergency repairs.
I am going to put Eternabond on every roof seam and opening that has been sealed by the factory as soon as my new unit comes from the factory. You never need to seal it again with this stuff. Cheap insurance.

I had some bubbles even a little bigger. I use a knife to cut them. Put some glue, then cover the whole area with a piece of eternabond. No problem. When it was under warranty a small bubble developed. The dealer fix it with Dicor. No more problem either.

Yours is under warranty??
To tell the truth, the photo you posted doesn't look like a two year old roof.

Have you wondered the damage those trees are going to do to your roof in the long time? Assuming your roof was good two years ago when you bought it, I have not seen a roof two years later looking like yours
Sorry

I'm just saying that I have not seen a two yr old roof this bad. Can you imagine how is going to look when is ten yrs old? Whatever is causing it, you need to stay away from it. I'm trying to be helpful
