I hope this is not a stupid question but I'm wondering if there's any way at all to quiet the air-conditioners in fifth wheel we have one in the bedroom and one in the living room this this is our first trailer we have ever owned that has two and the one in the bedroom really really noisy when you are trying to sleep

First...the bad news. You are sleeping about 3 feet from the entire air conditioner. At your S&B home, the noisiest part of your air conditioner is behind your home where you can't hear it. So, the AC is going to be noisy and there is usually not much you can do about it. Some units needed different mounts for the air compressor and you could check to see if there is a recall on your unit.

Now, the good news...you'll get used to it! We did. Enjoy!

Don't know what trailer you have or what year, but our front Dometic A/C in our 2013 Columbus was noisy and Dometic sent me a kit consisting of Some rubber bushings, a bracket, and a different designed compressor motor designed to reduce the noise and vibration. It helped a lot, but it still takes some getting use to as it is a few feet from you when you're in bed, as already mentioned.

I want to thank everyone for their reply and I think what we will do is when we are in bed sleeping we will leave the bedroom air-conditioner off every simple solution

Yes, what we do is to lower the temp in the living room enough that makes the bedroom one not much needed. This works well after midnight

I set the bedroom 2 degrees warmer then the living room so at night the AC in the bedroom dose not come on much if at all at night but stay comfy.
