Antenna power booster

I I have a King panel the has the tv and sat connections. When I press the small antenna booster button to get the tv the little red light does not come on indicating power. I did check for 12v at the panel, was good. I had the dealer sent me a new wall panel, no difference after replacing panel. Not counting the past thur for the Sat, there are three coax cables, Gray, White, and Red. Are these wired directly to anything without splices or sub connections? Also I have the King antenna.
