got the model right this time....looking at this model, any pro's or con's ?

I also have been considering this model for my next upgrade. I like the floor plan but the area dealers dont seem to stock it... so have only looked on the internet

We had a Sabre 31RKTS, which is very similar in its layout. My wife liked the rear kitchen as it provided more counter space and was a very efficient floorplan. Overall the Sabre was great and virtually trouble free. It towed very well and for 4 years, we enjoyed it.

Haven't been able to locate one around the Austin Tx. area

We have one! Were in Texas and found one a few hours away but they would not come down on the price! After searching the internet I found the one I wanted in Ohio with the best price. A dealer in Texas matched their price and saved us that trip! That dealer has one now, its a 2012.

South of Dallas, a few hours away, but not outfitted with what we're looking at but did go see it and it looks to be what we want, but will have to order one set up with what we need. Congrats on your new 5ver happy camping

RV Max in Sherman TX says they have an incoming RKOK. Thats where we got ours! They were very nice to deal with!
