Hey Laydback, what surge guard did you install? I'm currently looking into them but not sure if I want the "dogbone" style or hardwired type.

Looks great on both parts. Did you have to buy any additional piping to retrofit the vac pan to the dirt devil system? I'm going to assume you got this from camping world as I cant seem to find it anywhere else.

Thanks. VacPan came off of ebay for around $30 and so did the almond color inlet for the vac hose. Why would they put a white one in? I had to trim a heavy 1/8" off each side of the vacpan trim to make it fit like I did. I got the pipe, flex hose, and fittings from a local vac shop. Less than $20.

Folks, I will try to overcome my addiction tomorrow, and not go in the camper, but instead start the mods thread. Here's a sneak peek at one of the mods I did today, a lock for the 1/2 bath door $5.......don't want them kids bustin' in on ya! I also put locking knobs on the main bath, bedroom and bunkhouse doors, and grab bars on both screen doors. The Kwikset brand in Satin Nickel worked and I stayed with the existing strike, so basically, I just changed the inner and outer handles.

Has anyone tried to flip the bunkhouse door so it would open against the wall instead of against the table? Thought it might be less in the way if it was left open then...?

This is waaaaayyyy off topic, but I've been trying to get pics off my phone with no success. The issue I'm having is I can scroll thru the gallery on my phone fine, but when I hook my phone up to the computer, and open up Windows explorer to look at what's on the phone, I can't see the actual thumbnails of the pics, so there is absolutely no way for me to know what pic I'm uploading unless I know it's filename. This is a rather recent issue, and I don't know what spurred it......at any rate, don't want to jack this thread with that, but if anyone has an idea of what the issue may be, shoot me a PM. I'd like to start a mods thread, but it would be crazy trying to get it started with this issue. Samsung Galaxy S3

I might be able to help, same phone. But I need to understand the rest of your setup? Operating system on computer, etc. I will say there is a much easier way though that I have found. Rather than send you a PM I thought I would post this as others may find it useful. If you install the DropBox app and then sign up for a free account, you can set your pictures to automatically upload to dropbox once you have connected to a wifi. You then install Dropbox on your computer (lightweight app) and you will have access to all of those images. Now depending on how many photos you have on your phone now the initial upload might take a while, but it works slick. You can also access the same pics from another device like a tablet, etc. They will also download to a directory on your PC. PM me if you want more info.
