anyone hear from Christopher Columbus?

i've started a couple of threads about the Columbus 370FL, quite awhile ago and also sent a PM to CC.
i haven't heard back or sent any post from CC for a long time now.
i think a number of Columbus reps answer under the CC user name but just wondering.

how about on the Columbus Owner's Facebood page?

Next week is the manufacturer's industry open house, and I know most of the Reps are with me at the Hershey Show this week.

Hi, Chris is still here. I believe your main question was --- do you have a pic showing the 370fl without a 4 door refridge. I do not have any and the plant manager said we have built every 370 fl with a 4 door.

I have PM'd him several times with no response. My rig is scheduled in on Oct. 7th. This will be the first test of my dealers service dept. and if it needs to back to factory we will find out what kind of service is received there. I have heard good things about my dealer and the factory so I am hopeful for a successful resolution to my issues.

what if i don't want to order the 4-door fridge, in order to gain more counterspace or pantry space.

after all, there are no regular drawers and the pull-out pantry drawers are barely adequate.
it's the only negative with the 370FL.
if they had switched the fridge with the sinks, then you could have that counterspace now, next to the sinks, along with the trash can being next to the sinks instead of being on the complete opposite side.
