Sabresam
I have seen a Sabre 31QBDS with an outside kitchen at a campground. When were these made and how many are out there? Is this available as a 2012 model.

Mike,
that model with the outside kitchen is now known as the 2012 Silhouette 310TBOK. You can see the details at our website Palomino RV - Manufacturer of Quaility RVs since 1968.

Thanks

What is the difference between the Sabre and Sabre Silhouette?

Mike,
the overall construction is the same. The Sabre has more upgraded standard features: 8' cubic refer, 10 gal. water heater, fancy radio, front fiberglass cap (just part of the list).

Agreed, but we don't build the floorplan he likes in the Sabre line. It's only built in the Silhouette.

Mike,
we built 1 Sabre 31QBDS with an outside kitchen. It was a special build for a dealer. That is the unit you are seeing. We decided to not build it again in the Sabre line. We only now offer it in the Silhouette line.

We have had our 2010 32-bhok for 2 camping seasons now and love everything about it. There are always minor repairs with any RV that you purchase. Glad I have found this forum.

Sabre Sam - the only thing that I have found really majoring wrong with ours is the outdoor TV bracket on our 2010. It was only secured to the floor of the camper with 4 short screws. They ripped out of the floor, luckily my DH was standing there when it happened and caught the TV. Might want to make sure they are securing the TV bracket better. It would have cost us aleast 200 to replace the TV if it landed on the ground. My husband fixed the problem and secured the bracket better.

Other than that , I told my DH this camper will last us a long time.

SabreSam, I have a new 09 Sabre 31BHDS that was purchased in June of this year. The only problem I've had is getting the registration completed on all the appliances. When I've tried to register them online, and give the serial numbers, it tells me that the warrenty has already expired. Again, this is a new 5th wheel. All the appliances have never been used. Any thoughts on this? Other than that, the Sabre has been flawless. Thanks in advance for any advice you can give me.

I am surprised your dealer didn't do that for you ? The two units I have bought in the last 6 years the dealer did that all for us . Maybe it isn't common practice and I have a great dealer.

by the way to the sabre club !

He didn't register them for me, just told me to make sure I sent in all the registration cards. I just thought I try doing it online to save some time. I'm sure the dealer probably would do it for me, just didn't think to ask. Thanks for the welcome too!!!

Happy Camper,
My only thought is that somehow the items got registered under a different serial number. If you will provide the last 7 digits of your vin number I will check our system to see who the unit shows registered to. You might also share your name and address. You can send me that in a private message if needed.

Jiggerk,
It would take me hours to answer that entire question. Would you please visit our website at Palomino RV - Manufacturer of Quaility RVs since 1968 and look over the product? Then please let me know what questions are not answered by that information.

Thanks
