all sabre rv's come with a suburban water heater and all are equipped with an anode rods.

Suburbans are ceramic lined such as a residential unit. And require an anode rod

Atwoods are aluminium lined and do not require an anode rod since the tanks become the rod.

Its a circuit breaker not a fuse.
There should be two of them side by side. Right behind battery.
