Most of them are aluminum construction but they vary from model to model.
same thing goes for insulation they all very for r value depending on model.
they very from 20 foot to 36 foot
tt or 5er .
sabre does not make an ultralite unit

The frame is steel and is a fabricated I beam.
Suspensions and axles very with camper size.
My old forest river tt had torsion axles.
my new 5er has 6k axles that are mounted with leaf spring and coupled with a trail air equal flex suspension system. Again varies by model
