outside kitchen locks

Sam I seen another poster ask or comment on our outside kitchen.
On the thumb locks on either side of the door this locking cam almost seems to be to short door could move enough to circumvent latches and open when travelling.
mine are very close to being to short.
any issues you've seen?

I'm not aware of a problem. Are you saying that you feel the door can open when traveling with it locked with the key?

I'm saying yes. You know locks get forgotten now and again.
but my lock cam is even close to being barely catching

I'm on this. Just a couple more questions so I address the right thing. Are you saying the cylinder is too sort or the flange that catches the door lip is too short.

I'm the other poster with this cam lock issue. On our 32-BHOK there are four cams (two on the bottom and one on each side)on the outside kitchen, The two on the bottom are the locks and on both of ours the cam is not long enough to catch the frame to lock (it looks like maybe the frame is slightly too tall for the door, so the gap at the bottom is wider), so if both the latches on the side are unlatched it will open even when the two on the bottom are locked. When we arrived home from the dealer we found that only the latch on the right side was actually holding, but we have managed to get the left side to latch now (it is hitting the lift strut so we have to push hard to get it to latch)
