Big Kahuna

we bought a Columbus 295 RL 1yr. ago and really love it , but are having a few issues. The rear view camera has never worked from day one. our dealer finally got a new camera and installed it in December. Still does not work. Palomino denies any claim and the camera company (Elite) isn't responding. How can Palomino deny a claim like this? They bought this camera and installed it. I am calling a rep. to see what can be done. Just talked to my dealer yesterday- very large dealer with 4 locations- and was told they are dropping Palomino because of warranty issues. not a good sign to me!

I would recommend keeping a paper trail. Why did Palomino denies claim? Or is it they never knew about the issue?
At times I've had to work with both the dealer and mfg myself to really make things happen.

I got a lifetime warranty with my coach. I have to take it in every year for a checkup which I am sure will cost but it covers inside and out. As far as the camera is concerned, it is a piece of crap. I think it was designed for a hitch up camera and they tried to use it for a backup camera. It is just too far for it to communicate with the monitor from front to back.

If u are referring to Warranty Forever I have the same thing. I think if the camera had a booster like some do I think it would work fine.
