Exclamation Broken Chair

Brand spanking new 2014 Puma 30RKSS Beautiful...except for that one broken swivel chair I can't seem to get answers on. The dealer insists its a warranty covered item, but they are getting no where with the manufacture of the chair. It's been 6 weeks! Really send out a new and I'll ship back the old. heck I'll swap ya at the dealer can it be that hard?

Your dealers mistake is trying to deal with the manufacture of the chair. He should be going directly to Forest River and they should replace the chair then go back on the manufacture of the chair who is a supplier to them. Unless this chair is a dealer installed option. Either way a good dealer would take care of you by getting you a new chair first.

Wanted to post an update, the dealer(RVW) got Palomino involved who contacted the chair manufacturer. It is my understanding that a new chair is being shipped directly to me. Hooray!

That's what should have happened in the first place. Let us know when/if you get your chair
