Broken window on PUMA 31kbh

Just finished our second weekend camping in our new camper, and of course there are already problems. I am not too surprised as everyone had warned us that new campers have their issues to. Went to open the big window in my son's room with the PUMA lounge and the metal came apart from the glass, thus you can't open the window. Well that made for a hot weekend in room without fresh air. Has anyone else had that happen and how did you fix it?

We had the same problem! Our dealer recommended to use Urethane to repair. We haven't even taken it out yet to camp, tried to open at it separated. I guess better to have it happen before we take it out.

FWIW the rear window in our Sabre is huge and being thermopane glass it's very heavy to slide. We pull it open a little then push it open the rest of the way from the other side.
