Good luck Doug, give me a call tomorrow. I sure would like to know how it looks. Don't get them to ruffled up before I get there.

Overall- I'm very happy but it has been a good news/bad news kind of day.

First, the bad news - my slide stopped working after the second or third use. I know they tried and retried it. They had gotten input from a Lippert tech who supports their manufacturing line. They have to bring in Lippert's warranty folks for diagnosis and repair.

Now, the good news- I was welcomed immediately by Gary, the warranty manager. My unit was inside and had power hooked up to it. They filled the propane and also started the furnace, stove top and fridge on gas at my request. He introduced me to Joe- my personal fixer upper. Gary knew I wanted time going through the unit and left me be with instructions on how to find him. Joe's job is to be Johnny-on-the-spot and fix any concerns that I have immediately. He has been nothing short of spectacular. A short while later, the plant manager came by and has been around about every 1/2-hour checking on things.

At this point, 99% of my original list has been addressed. A few things came up in my "camping" in it today during the day. Most of those have been resolved.

I'll keep posting. But, today's experience has been positive. Just need to get these nagging things wrapped up.
