Wow. I am shocked by what you are saying. Only some of the units go through the PDI. I have a FR class C (Sunseeker). I thought that all the units go through the PDI.

I'm unsure if all FR brands are this way, but it sounds pretty consistent in the RV industry. I'm not sure, though.

I found a tour pictorial of Flagstaff's plant, and the blogger stated that all units there go through PDI and they have a separate facility for warranty and/or repairs. He also stated that pressure tests are performed for plumbing as well as the windows being leak tested.

I remember taking to a sales manager at Sabre when we were buying. He said all of the units go to a rain booth. I didn't know then to ask about other things.

I just looked at my Sunseeker brochure. There's a spot on the back talking about the PDI. It ends with "in every unit built".

The factory told our dealer that they were back logged because of the weather. We can wait a few more days to get it down here in one piece.

I still have to take the camper out and camp in it a while- but my camper came home today via delivery driver. I'm hopeful that this is the end of my story.

Had to move a bunch of snow to get it parked out front. Poor delivery driver had no idea how difficult it is to park on our street with the curve of the road.
