Cold Weather Concerns

I have a 2014 Palomino Solaire 318TSBK Eclipse. I was wondering how good the enclosed underbelly protects against the cold? I'm planning on going to the Grand Canyon at the end of March, and the lows are historically in the mid 20's at night. I believe I have tank heaters, however I'm worried about the water/sewer lines freezing. Any input or experience would be greatly appreciated. I plan on using full hook-up while at the campsite.

Fill your water tank about 3/4's full, drain and store the FW hose like normal.

Keep the gray and black valves closed with some RV antifreeze in the tanks.

Use the tank heaters and the furnace to keep you and the trailer warm.

What about the pipes and water lines under the trailer? Does the underbelly cover help with retaining the heat? I have a water filtration system that is in the front storage area, next to the water pump. Will all this be fine just using the furnace?
