Columbus 320 Bdroom Slide Issue

After pulling from Ohio to Cape Cod for a 12 day vacation this is what I found upon arrival. When setting up I noticed the screws have backed out of the black plastic around the body of the opening on both the front side and rear side. Now this has happened before on small trips but has only backed out a little bit, I removed them and installed Loctite and reassembled. That did not help on this trip.........
I believe there is to much pressure against this wall section when the slide is all the way in and traveling just works on it.

Has anyone had this problem? (I will post pictures soon)

Having the same problem, tried the same fix, also didn't work. Afraid to try longer screws not knowing how much space is behind wall. Concerned about driving in rain fearing water will get in.

I had a similar problem on my bedroom slide. Additional screws were installed half way between the existing screws to double the number of screws originally installed by the factory. Have not had any problems since.
I also had the metal strip located on the side of the kitchen slide at the bottom, pull away when the slide was brought in. The floor looks to have been about 1/2" too narrow so the screws weren't threaded far enough. All I had to do was install a few screws that were 1" longer allowing plenty of thread into the wood. Fixed.

Kitchen slide screws

I'm sorry but I can't quite understand what you're describing regarding the floor being too narrow in regards to the kitchen slide metal strip. Would you be able to send a picture that would allow me to understand where this is located. Thanks for much for your help.
