Columbus 320rs

Our 2014 Columbus 320RS 5th wheel is in the dealer to repair a soft floor in front of the sink/refrigerator. They informed me there is a recall out to repair that problem, which I never received. They have received parts to repair it. It involves dropping the tanks below the floor and installing bracing under the floor.

When I questioned the dealer about the recall, they said it wasn't yet a recall but was in the works. My 320RS is still in the dealer for repairs.

We got our Columbus 320RS back from the dealer today and the repairs made are outstanding!! The soft floor was repaired by the dealer by adding 4 steel angle iron braces supporting a sheet of plywood where the existing floor was soft. The steel angle iron was secured to the frame rails with the plywood above them. I weigh 240 and jumped up and down on the area with no give at all to the floor. The dealer is Top Notch RV and Marine in Ft. Pierce, Fla. They also took care of some other minor complaints I had. I rate this dealer outstanding!!
