Question Columbus 325RL - outdoor kitchen NO BUNKS!

Hi all,
We are hoping to find a fifth wheel with the outdoor kitchen, great for tailgating, but we do not need bunks as our kids are grown now. Anyone out there have this model and how do you like it? Do you have any recommendations of similar units we should consider? What truck do you tow this with?
Looking forward to your replies...thanks in advance!

Find the floor you like then simply turn the bunks into storage or office space. Perfect mod for the first timer.

Well we ordered the 320RS which weight wise is about the same as the 325RL. Camping World found a couple issues with it when it came in and worked with FR to fix. FR takes a bit of time to get parts out but CW did a great job setting it all up.

We tow it with an F-350 6.7 PowerStroke SRW. Pulls it no problems at all.

As for the 325RL that was on our radar because of the outside kitchen but we like the rolling island in the 320RS.

There are several people with the 325 who love it. The main advantage it had, besides the outside galley is inside access when slides are closed. 320 does not have that access, everything is closed up tight from the bottom of the inside steps aft.
