Well just got back from Berryland and we did the deed.
Purchased the 2014 365RL in Creme. I had them run the bedroom Low Profile A/C and it sounded like a locomotive at different areas. So for $400.00 labor they are going to switch out this unit for a standard A/C. Having the JT Strong Arms installed on the front jacks (6 way auto level system), also having slide toppers installed. Will pick up the unit next Saturday!!

The brochure calls out 12'10".
The salesman told me the low profile is 6" and the standard is 12"
So I assume 13'4"

The brochure is without a second unit. It is 12' 10" with just the main unit.

Bought 2013 Columbus 320RS in Spring 2012. Second year with it and ONE major problem. The rear window seal leaked (between the two panes of glass). Factory shipped out a new window (yes the complete 4 foot by 6 foot (or however large) with the three smaller panes at the bottom). They put a new table top on, and filled some nail holes from the original PDI inspection and that was about it. We love the unit and I only wish I had put the extra 4 or 6 point leveling jacks on the unit. I am pulling with a 2011 Ram 3500 - no issue.

LED lights are 'rated' at 50,000 hours average operation. AVERAGE ..... means some can burn out in a 100 hours or so and some will last for 100,000 hours. My 320 has something like 30 + LED pot lights..... plus others !! No burn outs so far - touch wood. The LED modules installed are not available anywhere in the Edmonton area. Definitely don't have a problem seeing in the unit.

This is our sixth unit ( three tent trailers and third fifth wheel) and I expect to have it for MANY years.

Just be careful, and measure while hooked up.

I am at 13' 4" with the low pro A/C...

Also, there is a newer style of low pro A/C from Dometic that reconfigures the compressor and makes it quieter. It shouldn't cost you a dime to get it fixed. Have your Service Manager call Dometic about it.

WE have the 365RL. We love it very much. A few small problems but overall a lot less that the Ameica Camp we had. We pull with an F250 with a V10. We measured our height hooked to the truck. The factory says 12' something. No air bags and we are at 13' 6". No guarantee of that. So I am very carful when it says 14'. Low profile ac in front. If there is a great way to measure, information would help all. I had to guess where the top of AC was.

Park on a level spot, take something long and flat like a 2x4 and put it on the tallest thing you have i.e. vent cover, A/C etc and measure from that point to the ground!!! Mine measures 13' 4" so I call it 13' 6" for any error in measurement!!
