Columbus 377mb problem

Long story short the MBR slide and the leveling system stopped working. I found a 10 amp fuse in the battery compartment I believe is for the leveling. Fuse is good. Anything else I should be checking?
Thanks

I don't have a Columbus but usually when this happens the main DC Battery breaker trips because of high amp draw.

Look for something like this where your batteries are located.
It has a red button and arm that sticks out when tripped.
Push the arm back in to reset.

I'm sure other may be more helpful but it's just my suggestion.

I don't see that reset button but it makes sense. This is what's there. Click image for larger version

If you have a digital volt meter just have the black lead from the meter to the ground terminal (black wire) below the box attached to frame.
With the red lead from the meter touch the either one of the two terminals on that box.
You should have 12 or more votes on both terminals.
That will tell you it is closed and good.
If you get it on one terminal and not the other that means its open and tripped.

I'm going to check in a little. If I don't have 12 bolts, and I don't think I do, how do I re set it? There is no re set switch.

I just checked your is an Automatic resettable type.
So if it overloads and trips when it cools down it will automatically reset for you.

If you have power on both terminals we now need to check your batteries. They may be dead.

Now you have to go and check your battery charger to see if it's putting any 12 volt out?
Sorry I can't help you any more because you will have to check your charger inside and it normally is behind the circuit breaker panel.
Are you presently plugged into power from where ever you are?
Do you have DC lights inside your rig?
How old is the battery/batteries?
This will tell if your charger is working or not.

RV is a 2016. We live in it. Always plugged into shore power. Everything else works. All lights, usb charging ports...everything 12 volts. It's not urgent. We aren't moving it anytime soon. I just wanted to re level it as the front dropped a bit and water is pooling up on one side of the shower stall. I have a mobile RV repair man coming to replace my black tank cable hopefully this week. I'll have him check it. Thanks all.

If you have 12 volt DC power inside which is being powered off of your battery charger/Power panel that's good.

But the battery shouldn't be dead. Have you checked all the fused in the DC panel?

Yes. They are all labeled. Not that it's correct. But I did check all the 30 amp fuses in the panel. All good. Next to each one it says S/O. I assume that means slide out.
