Cuttinchief if you have the Panasonic reciever try pushing the radio/ext button till it reads digital 1. If you have the Samsung with Hisense combo your going to need a couple more components.

We were able to get surround sound through the satellite receiver with a digital audio cable. This week I bought a sound bar for the main room. The sound is awesome!!! The only problem is that I must store it when moving! but simple set up and GREAT sound!

Cuttinchief, one other thing for you to check, in the TV menu make sure your audio is set to Dolby Digital. Which TV brand do you have?

One more question......

Is the 6 way leveling system hydraulic or electric? What is the difference between 4 way and 6 way, other than the obvious 2 extra points of contact?

All of our auto level systems are electric.
4 way vs 6 way.
Both are set to level the unit. On some models it's a benefit to have 2 extra just because of the layout distribution of weight. And please remember that auto level is not a stabilization item.

I have a Columbus 365RL on order for about 4 weeks now. Is there any way I can find out when the unit will start production? It's PO110483. I would like to visit the plant during that time.

We always welcome people for a plant tour. Contact your dealer so he can set up a time that works for you and the plant .
It's a tour of the facility and you will see how we build them. You won't be able to just follow a unit from start to finish. We have production to run daily and thankfully we are not slowing down .

Spent the weekend camping and it decide to get pretty chilly Sat. night -of course the furnace didn't work ...E1 code -any suggestions? We did have it working Mother's Day weekend & saw FURN on the program when we used the AC this summer. Nothing for FURN now. Columbus 320RS.
Thanks......love the rig, not the issues

Try checking the manual for the thermostat control It will have what the E1 code means and give you a starting point for the problem
