I sure hope Christopher Columbus can help you out!!
We bought from a wonderful dealership, but they are 600 miles away. We understood that any FR dealer would be able to care for our warranty work, and mistake on my part, I did not verify with our local dealer to be sure it was true. So first work we needed done, we find out that they do not sell the XLR Thunderbolts, and therefore do not have the knowledge to work on it. It has made it rough, but my dealer came through for us being long distance, and we had authorization to have someone come out to us, and do work. That was terrific service! Thank you Youngs RV Centers! I live you guys!!

Went to the dealership yesterday after work with the DW and we talked to the pseudo General Manager, being the other one was recently let go, and he told us that he would check into the status of our repairs and give us an estimated time of return, and he would call us today and give us an update. Well now it is almost 8pm and not a phone call one was received today!!! Just as I figured, it seems like everyone at this dealership is worthless!!!! So I am no sooner to finding out when my Columbus will be returned to me. I think over a month to fix it for the parts that they had in is way too long. Oh, did I mention the fact that they sent me an e-mail telling me that everything was done except the Landing gear that they broke and the bedroom AC unit, when in fact, only 2 of the of the about 37 items have been fixed or replaced, and one of them was an add on that I wanted done, so technically they have only done 1 thing!!! Super Pissed off!!!

No that's OK, but thanks for the offer. It is in the back by the service area on a jack stand. I am guessing after Wednesday they will be calling more often with updates!!

Yep it sure was, it was something that I could have doine, but I sasid as long as they were doing all the other work I said what nthe hell!!! On another note, the dealership called my wife earlier and told us that the parts were on order and it was the new gal down at Columbus that was nthe problem getting everything shipped out to us. He also told me that he spoke to someone at the head of Columbus and assured that my parts would be shipped out on Monday. We are goint to the Columbus plant on Friday for a tour so if we have not got everything by then, maybe we could check on it while we are down there, still pissed off about the whole od=rdeal, when you spend that kind of money on something, you thinkl that they would jump through hoops to keep the customer happy, so they did offer to wash my unit and top off the propane tanks for our trouble. In my opinion, the tranks were never filled when we bought the thing, I went for 1 weekend and by Sunday at lunch, all 3 tanks were empty. I checked for leaks and founf none, so they did not even fill them!!!! Too bad they would not throw in the JT strong Arm Stabilizers that I asked them to get a quote on for me. I guess they w=were shippid those instead of my Landing Gear!!!

Does anyone know if the sewer spigot on the 320rs is glued on or screwed on? I damaged my band spanking new sewer spigot and may need to replace instead of relying on RV lot to do the job. I am hoping to take the trailer out soon and don't know if the RV people will get to it in time.
Thanks for any help.

We just Picked up our 295 Saturday! Going out this Memorial Day weekend.
I have a question concerning an issue with the verneer on the moulding. It looks like there were air bubbles in the glue when the verneer was set on the wood at the factory. Over time (and heat) the tiny air bubbles expanded and made several wrinkles about 1/16-1/8" in depth and vary from 1 to 6 inches. Maybe the wood was outgassing? The wrinkles are on at least 15 different panels/moulding/trim throughout the trailer.
I'll see if I can post a picture tonight.
The issue was wrote up at PDI, but I don't know how they would fix this other than replacing a LOT of Moulding/Trim.
Wondering if anyone else has/had this issue?

Make them replace them, you paid too much to not get it fixed!!! That's what warranty is all about!!

I don't care how they fix it, I was just wondering if anyone else has seen this or had this issue fixed and what they did to get it fixed. Either way it's gonna get fixed under warranty.
here is a pic of one of the many areas affected.
