Maybe we all have a tendency to jump to the wrong conclusion before the facts are in .
Hope everyone goes camping

Did you look at Bill's picture?
Doesn't look installed improperly to me.
But then again, that is just my opinion!

Look , I'm not trying to stir anything up. Let Columbus and the owner handle this. We back our product and all will get resolved. Making comments when your not involved in any of the processes to handle the issue are mean spirited .
I'm sure the Columbus warranty dept. are totally involved.

If you look at the fender flare it is flush with the front edge of the slideout and matches the piece attached to the fixed side next to the door,no way it can be moved more forward, look before you leap.

Are these frames checked for proper axle placement before they are built on.

If we cannot comment on issues we are not involved in, then this whole site would be dead, and pointless.
We are here to share experiences, good and bad.
I am sure that Columbus will fix the problem, and that is all that matters.

Wow, it is so good to hear the commitment Columbus has to standing behind their product. It doesn't sound like they are playing the blame game, just working to make it right. I, for one, don't want to second guess the problem without full analysis by a qualified person.
