We bought ours from the Campers Inn in Mocksville, NC. I have only experienced their service department once which involved a technician trying to repair our TV antenna problem. He was unable to. The people were nice, though. I do plan on bringing my trailer back for brake work under warranty. Hopefully, they'll do good job.
