Columbus Naxa Radio

My naxa radio in the basement of Columbus will not power on. The time is not displaying as well which would suggest no power. Any suggestions as to solution.

Have you checked your 12V fuses?

I have checked all fuses. I think the face plate is not making connection which would cause the same symptoms.

What the heck is a Naxa radio? First brand for Columbus basement radio was Milenia (the junky round one) and then they put in a Boyo rectangular car radio. Are they on the 3rd one already?

Got any pics of your basement radio? This was the round one.

Yes must be on third brand. It is a very low quality. I am going to replace immediately. Hard to understand why such a poor quality component on an $80000 rv.

I agree on the quality of the radio. Be lucky it's not a Concertone. If mine breaks I'll install a no-name replacement from Best Buys. RV's for the most part have never never been known to use high quality stereos.

Nada radio is gone. Installed a kenwood with USB input for iPod and controls pandora.

We have the rectangular Naxa radio. Same crap, different shape. Doesn't turn on. At least our Concertone would turn on most of the time. Sometimes we had to check the fuse (not sure what hubby did there) but after that it would turn on again.

I'm kinda surprised, so far my Naxa works. Not great, but it does work.

My old original design round radio still works. Same drill not great but it works. Weak antenna it's main problem.

I had a problem with the naxa radio not powering on as we'll. I pulled the top step off heading up to the bedroom and played around with the connections on the back of the radio. I found that the power connection plug was loose and need to be pushed in a little better.
