Hey this post is not to discredit any product. I have owned several trailers and rigs over the years. I recent owned a George Town 350 from Forest River. The only reason I traded it as I wanted more room. I had good luck and yes it had a few issues. I put 17000 miles on it. This post is to alert newibie and folks buying the new Columbus 320 RS about the problems I see, as My friend a newbie who just purchased one at the Houston RV show from a dealer, whom for my part is real greasy ????!!!!. I also purchased a 2012 Montana 3700 RL and have been getting a few things fixed. We full time in our trailer. My friend new Columbus 320 RS is a nice looking trailer. Now look under the skin? All windows in bed room and living room leaked so bad that the floor was soaked. I thing the wwindows had been leaking a long time. It was New trailer. He returned it to dealer and they fixed windows and pulled carpet on Living room slide out, stating their was no damage???? I question that. The floor is real thin as about 7/8 inches about as I did not measure it. It bends as you walk on it. Personally I think it is a bad design. He question the floor and their answer was all slide out are like that, I beg the different. There were several other issues and we are going to camp next week and look over the trailer and take notes. Boy I hope this is a isolated case.
This is not my first time at this Rodeo. Please look over the 5 Th wheel real good and ask questions, personally I don't trust any salesman. Sorry that's just my thoughts.
Good luck and when I get more info I will post it.
