Underbelly cont.

Camping World of Spokane strikes again. They neglected to put the overflow tube through the membrane. Underbelly and insulation is soaked. Things just get worse instead of better.

Finally got it back after 21 weeks

Finally got our 340 RK back from Camping World. All new underbelly and insulation. They were quick to blame the Lippert Tech for the mishap even though they took it apart. It made it the 50 miles to its summer home without any mishaps. Yay.

I took my Columbus 295 out hunting and the water pipes froze. I was informed by the dealer I needed to open the cabinets to warm up the pipes in my 2013 5th wheel. Little did I know, that will not un-thaw pipe lines. When I got home, I opened the belly of the trailer only to discover there was not the R30 insulation that was advertised. In fact, most of the underbelly had NO insulation at all and the water line was run next to the outer edge of the existing insulation which was about 14 inches from the I beams, not next to the heated tanks. No wonder it froze.
When I took back to them they claimed they fixed the problem with insulation they had in their attic. It has been too cold to check their repair job to see if they actually installed the insulation and moved the water hose next to the heated tanks where it should have been installed.
