Floor prob??

My husband and I just purchased our new 2013 columbus 320 rs 4 days ago and saw something that concerns us today-there is a ridge in floor from side to side in the middle of our den/kitchen area. We can definitely see and feel it. Has anyone seen or heard of this? We are a going to call dealer next week and love the unit but can't stand the thought of what it may take to fix this problem.

No that's a new one for me. I have a 320 and definitely don't have a ridge in the floor.

We have a Columbus Owners Group on FB. Lots of owners there to discuss issues with. Both good and bad.

It's a new RV. Let your dealer worry about it. Sucky part is the "down time" from it being in repair shop. Especially at beginning of camping season for so many of us.
