Ems monitor and remote fan switch.
If you look close you can also see I enlarged the vent holes for better air flow as well.

well we "limped" home and parked the camper. Today I took the battery over to advanced and had them run the test on it. battery shows great results, nothing wrong with it. Went back and pulled the distribution panel out and I hate to say but its not as clean as yours. It is still going to be a booger to get that converter out. It is a WF9865 converter back there.

I guess my concern is ordering another converter not knowing for sure that its the problem. I read your troubleshooting document and can do all of that, but you have to yank the converter anyways. I would have thought that applying a battery charger directly to the battery would have stopped the dimming. Any thoughts on why it didnt?

It's a safe bet to just go ahead and order a new converter?

for the future, just put a battery charger in your storage bin and use it when the converter goes out...

its in the storage bin. the reason I hooked it to the battery was to see if it would stop the flickering telling me that the converter wasnt doing its job. it didnt change anything with the flickering which is why I am wondering if it is actually the converter.
