If you are in the process of purchasing a new to you trailer or motorhome or any RV , do what we did. It's a lot of information given to you in a short time and there is virtually no way to remember it all. We took a voice recorder with us on our walk through. It is really great to be able to listen to all that was discussed. Most phones have a voice recorder built in to them so use that. Keep it on your laptop or desktop or in your phone to be able to access that much needed information at any time.
DW actually did video with her phone when we did ours. Have the pics to go with the discussions. Bottom line you are correct - lot of info in 4 hours, capture somehow to have for later.
