Delivery Method

Does anyone know for sure that the Sabre 5th wheels are transported from the factory in Goshen "4 wheels down"? My truck keeps track of miles that the rig has been attached, which currently is 7874 miles since new on the original tires. If the rigs are indeed transported wheels down the tires would actually have an additional 1800 miles on them.

Thanks

I'm not sure about the sabre's themselves, but when we were at the rally in Goshen they were transported that way for pretty much every manufacturer in the area. I never once saw a trailer up on a flatbed, they were all just hooked up and towed. Even when we ran to the coachmen factory they were pulling around units on the ground attached to either pickups or forklifts.

Yep, they are towed from the factory to the dealerships.

Agreed, although I cannot say 100%.

My office overlooks the major toll road in the area. I see new units being towed west all day long. I have never seen one transported without wheels down.

Only the smaller r-pods and pop ups are towed on a trailer.

All others four wheels down.
