Dometic Fridge Question

I take delivery next week of my 365RL in Florida. I did my walk through last week in Ohio with my dealer RVW. To be honest, it could have been better. I had asked through several emails to have water and propane hooked up for the walk through, but when I got there they had already winterized it. I din't find any physical issues but I would have liked to see H2O and propane run through it. My question is when you are hooked up to 110 vac, do you need any propane to run the fridge, I was wondering about the flame they refer to in the manual. RVW does not fill the propane tanks since they are transporting to Florida, so I will have to get them filled when it arrives. Also what is the sequence for lighting the hot water heater on propane, I assume all the Columbus's are pretty much the same. Thanks.

The fridge will run on 110 vac, no requirement for propane. Make sure your hot water heater is full before lighting (it also can run on electric similar to your fridge). There should be a switch inside that lights the propane heater. Look for a switch with a red light next to it.
