Perhaps you could elaborate a bit...are the heating elements working, do you have 12 volts to the fridge, have you ever used it unlevel ?

How long are you allowing it to cool before use?
Normally a full 12 + hours are needed to cool it down before adding refrigerated items.

Are outside fans operating? It's an audible whirr or buzz from upper grill. Elec and gas sources the same result? Extreme test- you can connect a/c power direct heater in stack. This will operate cooling system direct full output without controls. Be sure to disconnect and secure existing leads at the heater with shore power disconnected. Check stack uptake thermo trip first. Can open on over temp of gas firing.
Anyway if it cools this way the cooling unit is fine, problem is in controls.

May be a coolant leak or blockage in the liquid side of the cooling unit. Last time I checked the full retail of that unit was 7,500, cooling unit maybe 3,000. Worth saving or convert to a ss household unit.
