Unhappy Electrical outlet question

I bought my 325RL last month. It has been at CW for warranty repairs longer then it's been in my yard.
Two issues holding everything up. No 110 juice to the bedroom tv outlet. Does anyone know where the downstream run comes from. It's probably a bad connection at this box? not feeding juice upstream.
second my satellite in feed works in the living room but no were else. apparently this is a common issue across the RV industry.

Thanks

Start at the circuit breaker then check every thing in that circuit. If it is a loose wire you will find it that way. It is possiable that a bad wire was installed or a bad receptical.Check both plugs in each receptical in that circuit.

Check all you gfci outlets.
Normally there all daisy chained together.
One in bathroom one in kitchen.

Normally satellite feed is to main living area only.

The person doing our walk through pointed to a jack labeled something like "bedroom satellite" which is next to the game ports at the living room TV and stated that in order to get a satellite signal into the bedroom it had to be jumped into that jack. Other than that I can add no insight.
