Empty Hidden Space in Puma 28RKSS

Anyone have a Puma 28RKSS and know if the rear corner under the kitchen counter top is empty space? I haven't had a chance to take off the panel inside the base cabinet yet to take a look, but if it's empty, I am thinking about adding an access door on the outside. If it is empty, it would be about a 2x2x3 tall space.

Looks like that space is almost the same as our 29RKSS. If so then that space has the water heater in it. There's a large space above the water heater that's wasted, but I haven't figured out how to make use of it yet. If you do, please post how you did it.

EDIT: Looks like yours may have the furnace in that space instead of the water heater.

That is the breaker box. Furnace under stove, and water heater under corner cabinet

yes you can

I have 2019 puma 28rkss and did just what you want to do. Dealer installed door, the space is empty, except for the
1 1/2 kitchen sink drain that runs along
the back then turns and goes into thin
cabinet next to fridge and into galley
tank. I store grill, table, 2 collapsible

trash cans

3oRKSS

I have a 30RKSS and the area under the corner of the counter is taken up by the hot water heater and all the hoses going to and from it. It's a rather cramped area to get into even to winterize.

Space Above Fridge

I know not all fridge models or how/where they're installed are the same, but I'm sure what we have is not unusual, ... I found a great usable space above our fridge, ....

My water heater and water pump are in
cabinet under kitchen sink and heater is
under oven. I was under the impression it
was that way because if you ordered it
with optional micro outside kitchen, they
filled that space, if not , it was left empty.
I know my 2019 28rkss the space was
empty and I made use of it. Hope this helps

Cool, do you have any pictures? And how much did the dealer charge you? Thanks a bunch.

Just found pictures of the door and micro kitchen option. Looks like a lot of usable space since I don't have the kitchen.

Sorry about not getting back to you, was on long camping trip and away from

computer. As far as your question, dealer
charged me 110.00 for door and decal and
300.00 for labor. Not very smart when it
comes to computers and girlfriend has old
flip phone, so don't know how to send

pictures, sorry. Adding central vacuum
system to camper in fall
