Factory bike rack question

For those people that got the factory bike rack, what's the easiest,best, to secure the bikes?

Front wheel right, front wheel left, front wheel right till you run out of front wheels.

Ratchet Straps - 4 Piece 1" x 15 Ft. Ratcheting Tie Down Strap Set

Try to pull them forward and back not straight down.
Make sure the tires are aired up.

I use the vertical bar as a stabilizer and wrap a piece of foam around it to prevent scratching the bikes

I rebuilt mine to carry my Yeti, my generator and a propane bottle, it didn't seem to be very bike friendly to begin with without some mods

Sorry i can't help on the bike rack, we have never hauled bikes on ours. We use it more for a drying rack at camp.
Love the sabre head cut out too. I'll have to get my father in law to cut some out on his plasma cam.
