Fiver front power jacks and un-level ground ?
OK, old to camping, but new to 5'er with front power jacks.
As some of you know I have the new QBOK and have what I feel is a somewhat silly question, but I really don't know the answer and want to before I move my unit to its final spot on our site.
Site I have has a slope so when looking at front of trailer the 'left' front jack ground level is about 6 inches plus lower than the 'right' front jack.
Do I need to ensure that my blocking is at same height to level this thing?
Old days you would just drop down the legs till on ground then lift off of truck and level, but I have no idea how the power jacks will work in this scenario.

Not a silly question at all!
Even though your landing gear is powered (thank goodness!) you can still independently adjust the length of each landing gear leg. So, to correct for a slope, just drop both legs until they make contact with the ground (you pull a pin release to do this).
However....
You have a 6" slope differential? Yikes that is a steep site! I would be concerned about leveling the 5er side to side with that differential.
It almost sounds like you are camping on the side of a hill

Good question. Asking things like this can save 1000s of dollar in repair bills.
I suggest you level trailer first by ramping tires on low side. Chock tires then lower landing gear until first leg is about to touch. Then adjust higher keg so that both touch down at the same time. Can also put blocks under the higher leg for same reason.

Thanks for the info, as I did not drop trailer when delivered I was unsure on adjusting legs to ground.
Now I do have site 'levelled' in sense that I have levelled off are where wheels will be located so no issue there. I will be setting in some cinder blocks on pad s for legs to stand on and will take out some of that 6 inch variance based on how deep I set the blocks.

If you are using standard 30# Cinderblocks, I am not so sure I would do that. Cinderblocks are only rated for @ 500 LBS. Not sure what pressure is exerted by your landing gear -- dcheatwood, can you comment?

Sorry my mistake, looking at a base with a 30 x 30 cement block ( sidewalk block) with 6x6 wood on it for jack foot.

Also your 5th wheel camper will have less sway and movement if you keep the legs extended as little as possible. Meaning use blocks of some sort to keep the landing gear legs short.

Legal minimum limit for masonary block is 1900 PSI, however, most are much higher, all the way to 6000 PSI.
