Same here. Except for my low point drains, I put quarter-turn ball valves on them after I lost one of my caps.

Sabre fresh water drain location

I had same question for our 2012 31-CKTS-6. I found the 1/4 turn valve located just above the front axle on left side of trailer.

When I drained my fresh water as said earlier, my fresh water level went to Zero. When I tried to refill, all I could put in was about 15 gallons with the water level showing 2/3!
BTW, it's in for warranty work as you read this. I'll let the dealer figure it out. One of the techs mentioned something about a vent???

On my 2014 QSIK it looks exactly like Turbs and located center mass under the left side of the basement access door.

Installed 2 metal lever valves on mine today after I found the fitting not sealing on the red tube. The tubes between the axles is not the easiest to get to and the lever valves make it easier when laying on my back.

Warranty work

Got my sabre back from its first trip to dealer for warranty work.

1. Fresh water drain installed by dealer. They even managed to duplicate the custom black sealant application as provided by the manufacturer!

2. Replaced a vent that allows one to top-off fresh water tank.

Is there any sort of maintenance manual out there that includes system descriptions, or do owners have to take things apart by themselves?
I should know this! this is my 4th 5th wheel!! What am I thinking about!!!
