Where is the furnace filter located in my 18DB Puma?
Can't find any reference to it in the owners manual.
Maybe it doesn't have one. The air return is under
the bed, but can't find any access to where the filter
might be.

Muddy - good question and I am guessing that Iggy is correct here. The A/C in our unit has a washable filter, but the only thing our salesman told us about the furnace cleaning is that you can take the floor registers off and vacuum what you can reach though the opening.
as far as i know, no TT has a furnace filter. maybe a 5th wheel or MH.

No furnace filter in a camper. The AC will have a washable foam filter, in the grid overhead. Never seen a furnace filter. Figure most folks don't camp when it is cold.
They do not have any filter as you have in your home.
Depending on the type of rig you have you will see wood plate with slots in it. That is your intake. It usually is located next to the stove as it uses gas and that is a common location. You probably could add a light screen on the back of this but when you are camping all rigs get dirty and dusty.
A filter won't help much at all.
Because we have a dog (a Sheltie) who sheds a lot, I always create and install an air filter on the furnace intake. I don't want my furnace fan quitting because its all wrapped up in dog hair. I wish the manufacturers would make this a standard feature.
