Generator help

We have a 2014 35QSIK, we are looking for recommendations on a new generator. We have a Champion 4000/3500 but it won't pull our camper with an a/c on. Thank you for your help!

I have the standard Champion 3500/4000 and it runs the 15,000 btu A/C just fine, plus the TV and Blueray at the same time.

I also have the Champion 4000/3500 generator and I can run the 15000btu AC 44" tv, residential refrigerator along with lights and furnace. Purchased mine from Camping World for $299.99

Wow, ours is only 2 years old and won't handle it, we have both a/c's but only run 1 at a time. Thanks for the info, we will now check our Champion a little further to see what could be wrong.
